She has worked with globally recognised brands and high-profile clients, from Ralph Lauren’s flagship store in Paris to some of Sydney’s most iconic private estates and VVIP clientele.

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for authentic, design-led spaces, Charlotte has built a career around connecting people with places that elevate creative vision. Her experience has shown firsthand how the right location can transform a moment, a campaign, or an entire brand story.

On Locale was founded by Charlotte Bonser after more than a decade working behind the scenes of high-end events, brand campaigns, and luxury location hire. Having sourced exceptional spaces for globally recognised brands and private clients, she saw a clear gap for a more curated, design-led approach to location sourcing.
